Your website package
Current development prices and original comparison prices are listed on the website package cards. The reminder countdown does not change the package price. Your order records the package features and price at the time you choose it. Domain names, hosting, renewals, paid plugins and additional features are separate and require an agreed quote before purchase.
7-business-day delivery guarantee
Delivery of the agreed website scope is guaranteed within 7 business days after confirmed payment and receipt of all required content, files and access. Business days exclude Saturday and Sunday. Missing materials, delayed feedback and changes to the agreed scope can change the delivery date. The dashboard shows your estimated due date. Contact Ashok promptly if your delivery is delayed.
Reviews, changes and cancellation
You can review the website and request changes before launch. Additional pages, products, integrations or a new design direction may require a separate quote. For cancellation, refund or a delivery concern, contact Ashok with your order ID. Any refund is reviewed according to work already completed, agreed commitments and applicable requirements. This website does not promise an automatic refund.
Your information
We collect your name, email, mobile number, business details, website requirements, uploaded files and order/payment references to deliver your website and provide support. We use a session cookie for sign-in and a first-visit cookie to measure referral sources and preserve your offer deadline. We do not collect or store card numbers or UPI PINs; payments are handled by Razorpay.
Files and account security
Only upload material you own or have permission to use. Do not upload identity documents, bank credentials or other sensitive information unless specifically needed and agreed with Ashok. Keep your password private. Files are accessible to your account and the studio administrator. Contact support to request access, corrections or removal of your information; records that must be retained for legitimate operational or payment purposes may be kept.
Updates and support
Order updates appear in your dashboard. Payment, project and support messages may also be sent through the email or WhatsApp details you provide when those services are connected. These details are used for your project; marketing messages require separate permission.
Third-party services
Hosting, domain registrars, payment processors and communication providers may process information needed to operate your website project. Their availability and terms also apply to their services. Contact Ashok for help with an order or privacy request.
